JOB DETAILS:

Full Time (FT) Customer Service Reps

Responsibilities include:

• Assists external customers with routine requests, questions and concerns through research and resolution.
• Researches product, service, billing and installation/repair inquiries.
• Ensures that customers receive the best service possible while processing requests and concerns.
• May sell wireless services and corresponding products and enhanced services.
• May be responsible for credit/collections/activations and revenue management.
• May be responsible for coordinating daily schedules for Customer Operations work groups.
• May receive product orders and prepare for entry into database.

Duties and tasks are standardized.
