Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a FT position. Assist adults with MH/MR with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, cooking, cleaning, socialization, personal issues, transport & assist at doctor's appointments, attend day programs, and other job-related duties as assigned. Coordinate daily operations of the home, doctor's appointments, social activities, & staff scheduling.
REQUIREMENTS:
Six months MH/MR experience in a Lifesteps community home OR one year of experience in a Human Services Agency working with mentally or physically disabled adults or children OR two years of college which includes courses appropriate to the Human Services field. Ability to lift/transfer up to 200 lbs; current, valid PA driver's license
