WetGo Car Wash Attendant Sarver
GetGo from Giant Eagle, Inc. is seeking a Full Time experienced car wash attendant for our Sarver convenience store/fuel station. Please review the below-listed job description before applying. Serious inquiries only please!
Position Purpose: Exceed customer needs & expectations by providing save, efficient, accurate and pleasant car wash service.
Position Responsibilities…
CUSTOMER RELATIONS:
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a safe environment, being pleasant, greeting customer and thanking them for their business.
Build on-going relationship with customers to establish repeat business and referrals.
Assist customer in finalizing sales as needed.
TEAM MEMBERS:
• Maintain communication with Site Manager and all GetGo Team Members.
WETGO OPERATIONS:
• Direct patron (i.e. driver) to entrance of wash station and guide automobile onto wheel track of automatic mechanism.
• Provide products and services that are competitively priced, meet the requirements of internal and external customers at all times, and abide by the Company's Statement of Values.
• Assist in providing value added services, such as vehicle prepping, as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure car wash uptime expectations are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floor, interior and exterior car wash and vacuum areas, etc. to ensure safety and sanitation regulations are met.
• Activate wash mechanism and observe operation to detect equipment malfunctions.
• Keep car wash area safe & clean by sweeping up debris, shoveling snow & salting as needed.
• Empty trash on a regular basis.
• Clean windows on the car wash building.
• Troubleshoot car wash problems and resolve them when allowable by taking direction from the service center.
• Responsible for training and follow-up traning of all new employees according to established policies and procedures.
• Assisting the crew in developing excellent customer relations.
• Enforce adherence to company policy through example and coaching.
Additional:
• Hose down the concrete area of the car wash.
• Hand finish cars as needed.
-- Perform other duties as assigned
35-40 hours per week Shifts scheduled between 7am-8pm Weekdays and Weekends
